A Word about our Guarding Services

At Sniper facility Management Services (P) Ltd., all Security Officers / Guards are highly motivated and cultivated with the single motive of “Protection of Asset and loss prevention to men, material and machinary”. Every officer / Guard work with the mind set to put forth all their efforts and endeavors and strives to innovative ways to achieve the above goal for the entire satisfaction of their clients. The Company has a fleet of vehicle for the sole purpose of night patrolling and surprise checks by 24 X 7 basis and has systems to give feed back to their higher hierarchy and to take corrective measures instantly. The vehicles are used to liaison with the client’s Managers / officers to interact with them for any improvements to be made. The above said measures are taken in total spirit and not used as a mere slogan.

Educational qualifications and Physical Standards for Security Guards and supervisors:

The Sniper Facility Management Services (India) Private Ltd., strictly adhere to the following norms while recruiting its work force.

Age Limit : Security Officer /Supervisor / Guard in the age group of 20 – 35 years (relaxation for Ex-Army and Ex- Police personnel in the age group between 45 and 65) alone are considered for recruitment. Minimum educational qualification: Security Guards / Lady Security Guards with 8th Standard Pass or fail. Security supervisors Matriculation or its equivalent and having worked as security Guard for a minimum period of 2 years. Able to identify the English Alphabets and Arabic numerals and able to read, write and speak in vernacular language.
Height: 160 Cms for men and 150 Cms for lady security guards.
Weight : According to standard table of height and weight
Chest: 80 Cms with an expansion of 4 cms on full inspiration (No such standards for Lady security Guards)
Eye Sight: Far sight vision 6/6 short sight 0.6/0.6 with or without corrective lens and free of colour blindness.
Other requirements: No knock knee and flat foot
Running: Should be able to run 1 Km in 5 minutes for civilians and 6 minutes for Ex-service men and Ex- police personnel.
Physical Health: Should be free from evidence of any contagious or infectious disease. He or she should not have a disease which is likely to be aggravated by service or endanger the health of public.
Physical deformity: The candidate should not be suffering with any physical deformity which may hamper in good performance of duties as a security guard.
Annual Medical Examination: Every Security Guard / Supervisor will undergo Medical Examination once in every 12 months.
